This 1993 project called for a mixed use building on the northwest corner of Addison and Clark Streets in Chicago, opposite Wrigley Field. The half-block site is currently occupied by a drive-in McDonalds and a surface parking lot. The proposal calls for a mixed use building with the McDonalds located on the corner and retail space at grade the length of both Addison and Clark Streets. 475-525 structured parking spaces are provided on four levels, depending upon whether the corner is occupied by four floors of office space above the McDonalds or by three floors of parking with a penthouse / office on the top floor.
